The Australian Capital Territory

Canberra - The National Capital of Australia has been an Invictus stronghold since the city's foundation in 1927. Currently ruled by Prince Valeron mayne of the Lancea Sanctum.

Goulbourn - A city in rural New South Wales whose primary industry is a Federal Prison. An (NPC) Carthian Domain. Technically in New South Wales, Goulbourn is managed by the DST of Canberra

Yass - A Carthian Domain (NPC). Managed by the DST of Canberra

New South Wales

Sydney - The State Capital of New South Wales. Currently held by prince Aaron Willmott of the Carthians.

New England - A large country town in New South Wales. Nothing is known about the kindred in Armadale

Northern Territory

Darwin - The "State" Capital of the Northern Territory. No known kindred presence

South Australia

Adelaide - The State Capital of South Australia. Under the rule of three Senators: Carthian, LS and Crone. A new Invictus Prince took the throne in September 2007.

Queensland

Brisbane - The State Capital of Queensland. Under LS rule. Nothing is known about the Movement within Brisbane

Victoria

Melbourne - The State Capital of Victoria. The Carthian Movement have reclaimed Melbourne from the invictus when Britannia reclaimed the Praxis Fenris Black stole from beloved Carthian Victor Haussmanamd then it gets complicated. Britannia steps down and calls an election. gruber of the Dragons is in charge and then fenris claims it again a few months later. A third contender, Finch also throws his hat into the ring. On September 30, 2007 the 5 covenant heads place a young Invictus, James Morrow on the throne.

Western Australia

Perth - The State Capital of Western Australia. It was recently under Carthian Rule, but has since fallen to the First Estate.

Kalgoorlie - A city in the outback of Western Australia, known as “the Golden Mile”. It is the richest gold dig in the world. A haven for Nomads, Kalgoorlie is the "Mos Eisley" of the Kindred world in Australia

Canadian Cities

Hamilton - Niagra - Hamilton was run for as long as any can remember by Magistrate Bell, it was recently discovered however that a council of elders had been impersonating him, and those elders were put down and the real Magistrate found. Upon awakening he abdicated the throne and Cardinal Tramonto became the new magistrate. After a reign that saw the sanctified running rampant, his Childe, Lukas Von Saenger orchestrated a coups and overthrew him. The city became an Imperial domain as the prince of Niagra stepped in to run Hamilton, and restore order. A safe place for Carthians Hamilton-Niagra remains a conservative city.

Montreal, Quebec - Montreal used to be run by the Lancea Sanctum and the Invictus, but a revolution changed all that. Carthians and witches of the Circle of the Crone allied and overthrew the oppressive rulers in Montreal, establishing one of the first Carthian-ruled city on this side of the Atlantic. That Carthian counsil is no longer but the Carthians and the Crones are still the most numerous in the City.

Vancouver, BC - Founded by an Elder Carthian, it is still dominated by the Carthians and run on a Carthian model vaguely reminicent of a communist system.

Trois-Rivières, Quebec Trois-Rivières is a Carthian city presently experiencing Social-Kindrocratie. Every Carthian are welcome as long as they keep in mind we are working to create something good for all kindred, not only for the movement. The Prince Hans Lieber, is always open to talk about what he is trying to put in place.

Akita, Tohoku-minami - Currently under Invictus rule. No known Carthian presence.

Hachinohe, Tohoku-kita - Currently under Invictus rule. Carthians have a habit of disappearing and not coming back.

The Free Kingdom of Okianwa - The island of Okinawa is a very Carthian heavy coterie, but due to the constant revolving door the populace it is in constant change. The covenants within the area are currently passive toward each other with little inner fighting. The Harpy Jordan Williams spear heads the Movement.

United Kingdom Cities

Eboracum - The Carthian Movement has a strong prescence in this city, though they are unconventional in the sense that they do not consider themselved to be a Carthian city, simply a city with a high number of members of the Movement. It is ruled by the Senate who are bound by Civitas to act in the best interestes of the City.

Cambridge - The Carthians make up the largest covenant in Cambridge, a domain known for its unconventional government. The domain is administered by a Council of three officers, each responsible for a different aspect of administration. In fact, this system predates the Movement's dominance in Cambridge, but so far the domain's Carthians seem to support it. The Cambridge Carthians are not known to have either a Prefect or a Myrmidon, and seem to make decisions either by consensus or by permitting individual members to act freely.

United States Cities

Alaska

Fairbanks, Alaska - The Praxis of Fairbanks was recently claimed by Greggor McCullen an Acolyte of some repute. He has allowed Crispin Creed to maintain the regency over the tradionally Carthian Collegetown district. McCullen also appointed long-time Carthian Fr. Marion Bonney as his seneschal. Due to the brief amount of time the current regime has been in place the atmosphere for Carthians could be described as "tenuously friendly."

Arkansas

Little Rock - Little Rock is an Invictus held city, under his Lord Prince William Alexander Putnam. The Carthians are not numerous here, and the disposition towards them is generally condescending.

Arizona

Phoenix, Arizona - An Imperium held by the Acolytes there are very few Carthians within the city. But the local area is more than favorable to 'their' Carthians.

Sierra Vista, Arizona - Hostile to the Movement. Members of the Carthian Movement are still unwelcome in the domain, despite the lifted ban. The nearby city of Tucson is Carthian-held, however, and many residents of that city visit Sierra Vista regularly.

California

Sonoma-Napa - Techincally a feudal domain under Invictus rule, it is currently administrated by "Steward" Simon Ambrose (a Crone) while the Invictus Duke is in Torpor. The western Coastal area of Bodega Bay has been under Carthian control for over a century, and the high standing of the few Carthians to reside in this domain means that members of the Movement are afforded freedom of passage and domicile, provided they follow local law.

Colorado

Boulder, CO - Ruled by a Carthian Prince, with two other Carthians in key court positions, this city has been under Carthian control for over a year and there seems to be no end in sight to this way of being. Laws are in place in the best interest of Kindred society, and breaches are not taken lightly.

Denver, CO - This city' first major system of government was setup by a Carthian Coterie. While that coterie has left following a restructuring of the city, Denver remains friendly to most Carthians.

Colorado Springs, CO - The current Prince of the city is former Carthian, Dan Pat Doneghan. Though he left the movement, his Senechal and one of his most trusted advisors are both Carthian. Carthians are welcome in the city so long as they show proper respect for all others in the city, even those that are not Carthian.

Connecticut

Hartford - A small Domain led by Co-Princes Rebecca Allen and Abigail Reynolds. The two Princes are known to be somewhat informal.

District of Columbia

Washington DC - Neutral to Carthians. Ruled by Invictus, Washington DC was once hostile to Carthians, however the actions of Oliver Hurst has raised the profile of Carthians within the city so that those wishing peaceful debate are now tolerated. Oliver is considered a beloved member of the city and sits on the Prince's Primogen Council.

Florida

Sarasota - A republic with elected representatives, though the head of the government is an Invictus, a fairly safe and liberal city.

Tampa - Tampa lies under the auspices of Liberty Stone's Corporate Tyranny.

Orlando - The Republic of Orlando is a blend of the Carthian & the Invictus Republic models. The city is pretty much evenly divided between Carthians and Invictus.

Georgia

Atlanta - Friendly to Carthians. Prince is The Honorable Baroness Zavia-Catalina Moxley. Although she is Invictus, her leadership is supported by the Carthians in the city.

Rome - Friendly to Carthians. Though the current Prince is Invictus, Rome's Carthian population is still quite outspoken.

Augusta, GA - Led by an Outlander Prince, the city's small Kindred population doesn't boast a single Carthian.

Hawaii

Honolulu - A city dominated by Carthian ideology and presence. The island of Oahu is under constant change. All members of The Movement are welcome here.

Indiana

Indianapolis- Hostile to the Movement, Under the rule of the Tyrant Charles Savage, it is not advised for Carthians to arrive unannounced or alone.

Bloomington- Neutral to the Movement, home to Johnny Lee, Miss Isabella and Eddie Demico.

Dr. Arcadia of the Nosferatu/Invictus has taken control of the Bloomington Praxis from Miss Isabella. Bloomington is now considered Neutral. Bloomington Carthians have many close ties to Indianapolis Carthians and Carthians here can expect a warm welcome and comrades to be close at hand.

Lafayette.- Accepting of the Movement, home to Eric Westerhouse.

Lafayette and Indianapolis share close ties with one another as many of the Kindred from both cities frequently travel between the two. With the help of the Carthians in Indianapolis, the Movement is steadily growing within Lafayette as well.

Muncie- Held by the Movement,

Muncie is held by * Priest Riven

Terre Haute- Unknown,

The situation in Terre Haute is unknown in its relations to Carthians.

Kokomo- Safe Haven to the Movement,

Kokomo has recently come out from its self-imposed exile and thown down the series of Invitus Praxis' which sought to dominate her politics. The Movement in Kokomo is led by Prefect Julian Troy and the new Prince Mischa Barishnova. These two have acted swiftly to oust violent and destabilizing factions in order for this experimental Carthian Republic to flourish. All Carthians wanting to make use of Kokomo's Movement should stop by the Costa/Troy Surgery Center where the Republic hosts all of its tactical operations. It is rumored however that tensions are growing between Mischa and her Prefect as she begins to enjoy the benefits of Princedom.

Illinois

Chicago - Neutral to Carthians. Recently becoming neutral after a long hostile association - a number of Carthians have met their final deaths in the city. Currently ruled by the Invictus Tyrian Frost.

DeKalb - Friendly to Carthians. The Movement has a strong presence in this city.

Rockford - Friendly to Carthians. Part of not-so-imperial DeKalb.

Iowa

Cedar Rapids - Welcoming to Carthians. Area consists of most of eastern Iowa.

Iowa City - Welcoming to Carthians. Area consists of most of eastern Iowa.

Kansas

Lawrence - Carthian City. Praxis of Magistrate Dr. Payton Lockley. Strong Carthian "island" powerbase in mostly Invictus controlled "sea."

Kentucky

KY-004-D Owensboro - Strong Carthian presence. A town just west of Owensboro, Henderson, is held as a regency by the Carthians.

Louisiana

Baton Rouge - Friendly to Carthians. This is the court that Buddy most often frequents. It is ruled by an Ordo Dracul Prince, but the Carthian's presence makes it a city that allows for good relations for new Carthian visitors or citizens. Maren Nexus has recently taken leave of the city due to difference in opinion, although he still claims he still seeks what is best for the city.

New Orleans - Friendly to Carthians. The Movement has had a strong presence in the city in the past, though now it is home to Ms. Not, Ty Hill, Sebastien Loeb, and Maren Nexus. As many of the southern Louisiana domains go, Maren has sworn he will kill any Prince who strikes a Carthian in the past, but many of the locals know that he has taken a leave of local politics for a while lately. Many who know of him, or know him personally know that this is often a cycle much like seasons.

Ruston - Friendly to Carthians. Recent upheavals have put a Crone Prince in place, but several Carthians are placed in high positions as Advisors. the only caveat is that the Sheriff does not like Carthians. Contact Jo or Quinn when coming in.

Michigan

Detroit - Friendly to Carthians. Currently ran by Prince Ricky (Crone).

Mt. Pleasant - Friendly to Carthians, but currently potentially dangerous due to ArchAngel's recent activites there. Current prince is Desu (Crone). Under the Midwest Carthian Peace Accord.

Ann Arbor - Carthian Held. Currently run by Prince Marie Peleur. Area is open to all covenants but may be undergoing a change due to recent political turmoils.

Grand Rapids- Friendly to Carthians. Current Prince is Elizabeth Coldfire(A Former member of the movement). All covenants are welcome here.

Nevada

Las Vegas - Carthian-friendly, to say the least. Las Vegas is governed by "The Scale", which is comprised of Javhod "Joe" Masoudi, Bishop Thomas Matthews, and Warrick. Make your first stop the Carthian estate Casa de Shenandoah and you'll be taken care of.

Ohio

Cincinnatti - Carthians should be careful going into this Invictus controlled city. Prince William Talbot (Invictus) is a man of protocol and rules. And as a matter of protocol and rules, he doesn't like Carthians. Be sure to call ahead to let the locals know you are coming. Rumor has it he's issued yet another 'Death to Carthians' order.

Columbus - The Mortal State Capitol, Columbus is held by Praxis Krupp. Chancellor Krupp is a Valued Carthian who also serves as the Prefect for the area. An old Ventrue, some people believe that Chancellor Krupp is not Carthian enough, but his steady hand and prudent choices have served the Carthians while keeping death at a minimum. The City has a steady Carthian presence and is supported by most of the Covenants through the Laws and Senate that run night to night activities. Chancellor Krupp works to create a safe haven for political refugees between the two Invictus held cities that are his neighbors. However, Chancellor Krupp does not openly oppose the Invictus and works to keep relations amiable.

Toledo/Bowling Green - Carthians should be careful going into this Invictus controlled city. Run by Prince Johanna Sutter (Invictus), she tends to follow the guidelines set by Prince William Talbot (Cincinatti). Be sure to call ahead to let the locals know you are coming.

New Jersey

Atlantic City - Held by Alder Prince Adam Dace. Get an invitation from the local Prefect Erik Einhart if you plan to visit.

New York

New York City - Friendly to Carthians. Currently under the rule of Heirophant-Prince Felipe Saunier.

Oklahoma

Stillwater - Newly taken over by an Invictus Prince is still friendly to Carthians

Tulsa - Currently under the leadership of Prince Exodus Celestine. A small coterie of Carthians in August 2006 set up shop within town, finally giving Tulsa more than a token Carthian.

Oregon

Portland - Previousally held by Alexander Finn as part of the Evergreen Rose. Currently held by Fredrick St. James of the Invictus. Still friendly to Carthians.

Tennessee

Knoxville - All Carthians systematically driven out of the city which is now under the iron grip of the Invictus.

Texas

Austin - The quiet city in the heart of Texas. Almost too quiet. Now ruled by Lady Prince Mazwell an Invictus Ventrue.

Plano - Virtually all Carthians, including the Prince. Know to be a Carthian Stronghold and a Mekhet Sanctuary.

San Antonio - Long embattled hot-spot for Kindred. Currently the Invictus are in control, but The Movement flourishes in the City thanks to the hard work of the Carthians in the City. The city is fast becoming a place to test a kindreds abilities, both social and mental too.

Killeen - Killeen is the home of Ft. Hood. Carthians are currently in the majority.

Odessa - Odessa has a few prominent Carthians but we are no where near a majority. Known for being in the middle of "nowhere", half way between Dallas and El Paso.

Utah

Salt Lake City - Primarily an Ordo Dracul city but is very supportive of its Carthians. The Carthians currently are the Contender clan despite being only 10% of the population.

Castle Valley - Recently seized by the Invictus and essentially unknown the Hidden Castle is an unknown to the kindred of the movement.

Washington

Olympia - Untrusting of Carthians, however the winds of change are catching speed. This seems to be the crossroads of the Northwest, whether that means bullets or travel, maybe both, we don't know. Carthians enjoy a wide degree of leeway as long as they don't involve themselves in the medical industry (Lancea Sanctum monopoly), the prostitution industry (Circle of the Crone monopoly) or the mortal occult sectors (Ordo Dracul monopoly). Contact Fatima Beauchane or Alexei Stukov before arriving.

Seattle - Friendly to Carthians. The city government is made up of a council of covenant representatives. The Carthians also count among their number the Keeper of the Rack and one of the three Judges. Given Seattle's untraditional ways and an air of relative peace among the Kindred population, the city's Carthians don't have too much to struggle against.
Two points of note: the Carthians hold Ascendancy in the city, but only by fingernails; enjoy it while it lasts. Secondly, the city's Carthians have no appointed Prefect or Myrmidon, and see the need for none.

Vancouver - Held by Prince Olivia Nova, a fairly liberal Invictus who is friendly to the Movement, and with Carthians currently ascendant in the domain.
